I just swapped out brake pads all around on my 2006 Kia Spectra SX. Now I have really mushy brakes that need bleeding. Is there a certain order to bleed the air out to get back to normal?

Unless you opened the hydraulic system which you didn't need to do, bleeding will not be your problem. You may have installed something incorrectly.

If all you did is swap out pads there's a break in time where they will feel like junk. It's not the way to do a proper brake job,
