Ok, I have an 1995 olds Aurora, has about 141,000 miles. Last october I replaced the fuel pump and connector plug, next came the fuel pressure regulator. Turned out it was the idle speed control actuator that was causing all these problems. So I replaced that but when it was done I think the screw that pushes the accelerator was too loose therefore causing a constant high fuel pressure. Anyway, it broke down again, acting like its not getting any fuel. My real question is, is there a torque on that screw for the idle speed control actuator?

That screw should never have been touched at all. That is the base idle setting and thewre is a specific procedure for setting that. It won't cause it to break down though.
