Planning to open a car sales shop

We are currently planning to open a car sales shop. I need to know the best practices that can help us to achieve many benefits of sustainable manufacturing, improving our products, making our operations efficient and increasing sales. So far I was able to see some requirements lists( below). I assume that we need this to be able to get a GMP certificate . Though, I'm not sure if I'm getting the correct lists to comply or meet some standards related to our car business. Any other advice?
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Certificate
(New Application)
1. Application form
2. Documentation Packet: GMP& SSOP Manual/ Updated Accreditation Certificate (photocopy)
(Renewal)
1. Application form
2. Updated Accreditation Certificate (Photocopy)
(Close-out Audit)
1. Application form
2. GMP CAR Form
Actually, I do not have the idea yet if all the above mentioned are applicable to our business. If you have any other additional info, please let us know. I will appreciate it that much.

This site is based in the US and we have no idea what the license requirements are in the Philippines where you are. This is not the type of thing this site deals with.
