i have a 91 pathfinder 3.0 i put my distributor back in ser tdc then retard 15 dgrees acording to the marks on the pully set the rotor fire on the #1 put back togrther but still missing, barely stays running what am i doin wrong oram io missing somethin

Not knowing what you were up to that required removing the dist in the first place what you do, do putting it back is the "preliminary" timing with ones that adjust as I think this does - then you set it by timing light to exact spec. You really can't set timing by eye of rotor pointing and marks - you do need a timing light, and timing set at spec with procedure sometimes listed on a decal underhood, T
