hi i drove a 93 honda accord 4 cyln it had over 200k miles on it... now i was in a accident but what i want to know is how fast do you normaly have to be going to bust both headlights, mash up the hood in a v shape and smash in the radiator and appernty keep anything elctrial from working in the car other than hazzards... but i am also wondering how much i'm looking at to repair the damages to this car or if i should just total it... any more details just ask and i'll be gald to provide

That's a tough question. A 20+ mph hit in the front could turn an Accord into an accordion. It might also depend on if it hit a moving or non moving object.
As for prices that is really difficult to assess over the internet. You might need to have a body shop check it out and give you some sort of estimate. It being an old car with high mileage, might not be worth fixing.

because i hit a 03 lexus xr300 he was siting still and i just slamed in the back had people hurt in my car including me but i dont see how 20 mph can smash the front end up on a car like that and just scratch the back end of that lexus bumper i'm still trying to figure it all out bc other people don't bleave me that going 20 or 25 can smash the front end up and thats all i'm trying to do is find some were i can find proof online about how fast to damage the front end

The engineers designed the vehicle to crumple up on impact because that will absorb most of the force which means less transmitted to the occupants. If you notice the under structure of the hood is designed to fold up. If it didn't, the hood would go up through the windshield and decapitate the driver. The radiator core support and fenders are also designed to collapse. Get hit hard enough and the steering column collapses and the engine goes up underneath the vehicle.
I can't imagine driving an older car that had a metal dash and no seat belts. I'm sure lots of people did the old superman through the windshield in those.

I am sure there is an electrical harness that runs along the radiator core support for the front lighting, fans, and whatever else that was probably damaged.
