The trunk opening has been sealed two times, and the trunk seems to be dry, but under the rear seat fills with water whenever it rains (up to several inches deep. The seat is now out of the car and the carpeting out of the trunk. Please help if you can... I love this car and don't want to have to trade it in... Your going to have to strip out all the trim and seats and the spray it down with a hose and look for the stain trail. It's probably the rear window but could also be a leak in the drip rail ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional. I took the car to a highly recommended service station, and he found a leak right away in the rear windshield, just as you said. He removed the back seat, etc., beforehand. I'm waiting for rain to see if the seal holds. I'll keep you posted... Thanks again... The bubbles showed him where the leak was. My friend who is a chemical engineer said that is the exact way they check for leaks in products... The rear window was taken out yesterday and resealed completely. I thought this might help someone else...
