04 tacoma brake seizing up

120,000 miles
Drivers side brake seizes up to a point where i have to stop the vehicle due to it smoking. I have already replaced the rotor and brake pads. I took off the caliper and pressed the brake to see if the brake fluid would come out. The fluid trickled out instead of squirting out. Could this be the master cylinder or ???? Please help

I would replace both calipers and flex brake hoses in the front.
