06 F150 5.4 V8 bucking/jerking when accelerating uphill

I have an 06 F150 that bucks/jerks when accelerating uphill or when under a load. If I punch the gas it stops, but if I maintain speed it does it until it shifts to next gear. It has never thrown a code. I have changed plugs and coils. Any suggestions???

Did you change the plugs and coils before or after the problem started?
Did you change all 8 coils?

Changed them after the problem started. Yes changed all plugs and coils
|

Process of elimination tends to point to injectors clogged up.
If you find a competent shop then can do an injector balance test.
Don't waste your money with any "Mechanic in a Can". Nothing added to the fuel will correct anything.

Would it sputter or miss if it were the injectors? This is a hard jerk, but doesn't lose any power.

Yes, if the cylinder was too lean, you would get a lean misfire under load.
