I have a 1986 GMC 4x4 1/2 ton truck. The driver side front wheel bearing went bad and ate some metal up. I have a 1980 Chevy K-10 4x4 Truck for parts. Will the spindle interchange with the 1986 GMC? What do i need to do or what parts will i need to fix the 86 GMC?

It will need to be the same style of front axle. Timken bearing showed same part # for inner and outer for both years with 350 (5.7) "L" code engine anyway = LM104949 If other specs check with parts outlet if they are the same part for each and have all info on each vehicle. Really check a used bearing that it's perfect and that race comes out without damage or go new. Used bearings aren't really the best things to swap around or possibly use the whole assembly, T PS: This listed for just $8.99 each - two in there -- is it even worth it not to go new?
