My neighbor has a '91 Toyota 3.0 l v-6 automatic pickup that won't start. She said it ran fine. They parked it. When they tried to start it after a long time of sitting, it wouldn't start. Replaced battery. Didn't drive it then, but it would start and seemed to run fine. After sitting a long time yet again, it will not start. If fuel is added to throttle body it will start until it runs out. No power to fuel pump. Need help with relays or safety fuel shut off. What do I check and where is it?
