hello, i have 1992 gmc sierra 1500 5.7L, 208,000km. its not getting any gas to the throttle body, i have changed the fuel pump relay switch, and checked the fuel pump fuse, and the fuse is good. is there a reset switch for the fuel pump or is there another fuse somewhere to be checked that i a missing, or is it the fuel pump itself?

No, no reset switch. Verify power arriving on the gray wire to condemn the pump itself. Very common failure.

I don't do "what ifs". Test for power getting to the pump and we'll go from there. It only powers for 2 seconds when the key is first turned on.

I am having the same issue. I have checked the fuel pump fuse and changed the pump relay. I still am not getting power to my fuel pump fuse. Shouldn't I have power to my fuse before I would have power to the pump? I changed the fuel pump within the last 6 monthts.
