I didn't see brk hoses on that list......... A bad hose could cause a brk pull........ occasionaly the left rear locks up such as a red light I'm not sure what you mean by that but if the wheel is locking up when brking, inspect the shoes real close, any kind of contamination can cause that.....

hoses are less than three months old. as for the rear wheel locking issue the shoes are clean no grease or dirt i actually roughed the shoes with a fine rasp to remove some surface dirt. when stopped at red lights when it turns green the left rear occasionally not all the time acts as if the brake is still on it drags then finally releases. it only happens seemingly at random thats why the new proportioning valve im really lost

Even tho drums and rotors look good i would have all machiined for them to have equal surface finish and grip. Your rear return springs may have lost some of their tension . A pair of hardware kits would eliminate that. LIFE'S SHORT GO FISH

so after all this time and stress as a joke i switched rotors for side to side and it worked cant explain it but it fixed the pull. the rear was easier the park brake cable was looped upside down so it applied itself thanks for the tips tho.

So, what that means is that the advice you were given earlier to resurface the rotors was correct and you still haven't "permanently" fixed it. You still need to resurface to get the job done right. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
