2000 ford f350 7.3 deisel glow plug dash indicator light out & glow plugs not engaging

2000 ford f350 super duty 7.3 liter deisel. My "wait to start" light is not coming on when i turn the key to engage the glow plug system. The only trouble shooting I've done so far is replace the glow plug celinoid. Can someone please tell me what else could possibly fix my problem? Thank you

Check your fusible links and relay.
