My truck has no pickup. Is sputters and skips as it excelerates and cant get out of its way. A meter placed on it says random misfire. It had plugs wires and fuel filter 2 months ago. The fuel filter was checked and is fine. This started out of nowhere 3 days ago.

What is your fuel pressure? You need to get a gauge on it, not just push in the schraeder valve and see fuel squirt.
