1993 Chevy K1500 w/ bazillion miles (over220k) When I select 4 high (or low) my transfer case engages (front shaft spins) but front wheels not spinnin. changed the thermal actuator..still no change Tried to manually push shift fork in on the front diff but nothing wants to engage Can I get some sort of "rebuild kit" for this front end or do I need to order each bearing, sleeve, & chingadaras separately Or does someone have a suggestion on what specifically I should be looking at? Thanks! Almost forgot.. my actuator is working..it pushes out w/ power when bench tested

Are you getting power to the actuator connector on the truck? Usally the truck has to be moving for engagement . The front axle speed has to match the front drive shaft speed for everythuing to mesh. Thats why the actuator moves so slow , to give a time delay for things to sync. LIFE'S SHORT GO FISH
