Did you have this brake issue before replacing those parts?

no i didnt...after they were repaired i started to lose brake fluid constantly.i then had other issues that came up and when i repaired those issues and went back to why i was losing brake fluid i found a loose compression nut that was loose for the front brakes on the master cylinder.i tightened the nut and tried to bleed the brakes and found this problem....

A pressure bleeder would probably get you a pedal.

If you bench bled the master & it working but can't get any fluid out of the ports on the master when you pump the pedal you might want to take the master off & make sure you didn't lose the rod out of the booster.....
