Need advice power window down on 93 ford tempo.Would like to raise window and leave it up.Have removed panel but find some odd looking nuts or rivots holding the assembly.2cyl right rear door.Motor does not respond to master control or door switch.

This is why mechanics can get $100 bucks an hour!! Did you do the test DanD suggested?
You might be able to get it going one more time by rapping it with a hammer or with a screwdriver if needed on the housing of the motor.
If it can draw current and not work the motor is surely cooked for whatever reason. Any can be a real pest to replace, T
