squealing Belt Tensioner

I have a 97 chevy silverado K1500 4x4 350 160.000 miles.I have a squealing noise in the front around the fan.I replaced the belt,the no slack idler pulley and the bottom part of the belt tensioner.I still have the squeal.Would the top part of the belt tensioner squeal like this even if I replaced the bottom piece.It does it more when giving it the gas

Belt tensioner pulley assy has an indicator of it's limit to tighten belt and probably at that limit and belt is loose when running new or not. Put your tensioner retractor 3/8th square drive in that thing and see if it moves at all towards tightening while all together, bet it's at the end of travel now. Other is some belt just stink new - try another brand and take that one back, T
