Basics - what is missing WHEN it doesn't start? Fuel and fuel delivery or no spark?

Take fuel pressure if priming works at this moment fuel pressure or injectors not enabled,

1) vehicle is STOCK -
2) no remote starter?
3)Is there a problem with oil pressue gauge?
4) any evidence of over fueling- gas in oil, injectors spraying with engine OFF?

Sounds like a fuel pump CIRCUIT problem the relay loosing power - how are you with a test light or DVOM?

take a rubber hammer and hit the bottom of the fuel tank some times this will free the fuel pump, "but not a fix" the pump will still need to be replaced fuel filter as well
