Leaking out from underneath the passenger dash. Not into the interior of the vehicle. Coolant vapor comes through the vents in steam form. Don't know what it could be. Any help would be appreciated.

That's a leaking heater core. It needs to be replaced or at least bypassed ASAP or the vehicle is going to overheat.
