2000 Ford Van E-150, 137,000 miles. After heavy rain or below freezing temps. van starts rite up but will not stay running until warm. It just started doing that this winter. Someone suggested vacuum line, I did not try anything yet. Thanks in advance, Dave

Hmmm? Get a code reading even if the light isn't on. It may have something to say that will help this. I can't think of a common denominator for either cold or rain to cause the issue then behave when warmed up. Wet is usually an aggravation to electrical items but plain cold suggests not enough fuel being delivered.

Do try to rule out vacuum leaks,

T
