low oil pressure

2003 dodge ram 1500 4.7l . lost oil pressure, replaced the oil pump, (also replaced timing slides and valve covers while i was at it) and i still have no oil pressure. now im thinking i may have a spun bearing but im not very familiar with this. could it be the main bearing or rod bearing that may cause low oil pressure or both? if i replace one set should i do the other set as well? very aggravated and need any advice on why this pos is not getting any oil pressure. im not relying on the dash gauge alone, im using a brand new manual pressure gauge that i know is good. HELP!
