2006 Toyota sequoia with factory air suspension when park for about 3 hours the rear of the truck goes down. I took it to the dealer to diagnose they said it is a internal leak in the compressor but when the truck start it goes up to normal.how is this possible

When the compressor isn't running there is going to be pressure in the system. That pressure can leak out of the compressor if it has a leak such as a bad head gasket. It can also leak out of other components that comprise the system. The leak is small, so the compressor is able to overcome the leak and air up the springs. If there is a leak and the springs deflate, the air is going to need to escape into the atmosphere from somewhere. The best way to find out where the leak is is by spraying lines, components, and the compressor with soapy water. Blowing bubbles will point you to the culprit.
