The 2008 Pontiac G6

In the last few years, the coupe models for all brands have really progressed from a novelty to a necessity. The Pontiac has received critical acclaim for its line of coupes in the past and its 2008 model speaks even more volumes over its success.

The Pontiac G6 comes in 2 or 4 doors seating up to 5 passengers. It comes with a sporty design with a smooth metal grill in the front along with chrome lining and black paint. Along with the obligatory hood scoop that transfers wind beautifully along the edges and engine, this model comes in both sporty and sedan style for older audiences.

Power doesn’t fall short, as the Pontiac G6 holds a six cylinder engine and blasts off at 252 horsepower. The company paid more attention to fuel efficiency this time around with its hood scoop and improved engine that reserves fuel at up to a 4% clip.

The interior is even more impressive, with power windows, locks, and seats in addition to an anti-theft system. Seats act like a mini sauna, with a warming feature that allows seats to maintain a positive temperature during the colder months.

All in all, the Pontiac coupe comes in two styles, appealing to both the young and older, family oriented audiences that call for different appearances and uses for their cars.

Its hood scoop can be classified as a boon for both, in style and fuel efficiency while younger ones can take more advantage of upgrades and additional features that come with the car like remote vehicle starters.

Its curvaceous controls with rounded clocks and rounded edge button controls make you feel as if you were in a cockpit.

With a modest price in the $20,000 range including upgrades, the 2008 Pontiac G6 is an excellent alternative for the fuel conscious or style aficionado
