2007 Ford Fusion 2.3L on the front right side my wheel is making a sound just like a bad wheel bearing the weird thing is that it's only when I make a right hand turn. which makes me think ist not the bearing at all. I've had bad bearings before on other vehicles and the noise is normally consistent wether you are driving straight or turning. Could it be the drive axle bearing?

when you hear the noise in the right turn, does it come from the left or right side?

That is exactly how a bearing would sound. It gets louder when you transfer weight on to it by turning and goes away when you unload weight. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

Double check that the brake backing plates have sufficient clearance from the rotor. If it's too close the slightest lean of the rotor will make it contact the backing plate.
