01 Plymouth Neon Cranks but does not start Sign In

I have a 01 Plymouth Neon. I replaced the engine with a used one. I went to start it but it cranks and will not start. I have good fuel pressure. I checked for spark and there is no spark at the plugs. I checked for voltage at the coil pack and there is no voltage at the coil pack. The auto shut down is not letting the voltage get to the coil pack or the injectors. I have replaced the computer, the crank and cam sensors. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get it to start.

Can you communicate with the engine computer with a scan tool or code reader? If so, any trouble codes stored?

If the ASD relay wasn't being energized, you wouldn't have any fuel pressure. The PCM will turn the relay on for a few seconds when you turn the ignition on. If the PCM doesn't see engine rpm it will turn the relay off. Check for power at the coils while your cranking the engine. Let us know what you find out.

I can get into the computer. There are not any codes stored. I have check for voltage at the coil pack when trying to start but there is no voltage on the center wire. I have even went in and reset the memory with the scan tool as if the battery had been disconnected.

You have no power to the coil when your cranking on the dark green/ orange wire. Do you have power to the coil for a few seconds when you turn the ignition on?

Even when I am cranking I have no power to the coil, not even for a few seconds. When I check with the scan tool it shows the signal is lost.

Don't crank the engine. Have someone turn the ignition on and see if you have power to the coil for a few seconds.

The computer will turn on the ASD relay for a couple of seconds when you first turn the ignition on without cranking the engine. Or it should.
