Grand prix '94 cranks but does not start until many tries, but after that it starts ok. Also, if it stays for 3 hours or more parked, it needs many tries to start again. Any help............... thanx

Try turning the key to the "ON" position and leave it there for a few seconds then shut it off. Do this 3 or 4 times and see if it starts normally. If it does, check fuel pressure when it is hard to start. The fuel pump is probably getting weak. Or the check valve in the pump is bypassing. Same result, pump will need replaced. Being way2old is why I need help from younger minds
