1990 dodge shadow - do not charge

Hi, I have a 1990 Dodge Shadow of which the charging system does not work. I checked the alternator and it appears to be good, but it does not receive the appropriate charging command from SBEC. The voltage on both field coil is high. I also checked the wire continuity from the SBEC to the alternator and it seems to be OK. I have been told that the "no charge" command might be related to the crank sensor, A/C, or tachometer. Does anyone know how this works or have a good wiring diagram concerning the charging system? Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks much, Vio

Before you over kill this have the alternator bench tested at a place the does that or rebuilds them, T

Hello Tom, I had the alternator bench tested at the Advance AutoParts store and it came out OK. Thank you much, Vio
