Hmmm? Is this more temp or moisture sensitive? Hard to say for now. See if you can determine if it lacks spark when it doesn't run at all or lack fuel. Should be lacking one or the other. If more of a "wet" problem I'd suspect ign wires - coil(s) etc., T

Not temperature, when engine is cold hard to start no matter what temperature outside, Now wont start when really really damp. Spark plugs were checked and were sparking, gas was also available

Will it respond to starting fluid sprayed into throttle body? What method are you using to determine that fuel is available? T

Ok - Is spark that you noted at the spark plugs? Does the engine sound normal when cranking despite not starting? Sorry for all the questions but need to know why you have "wet" plugs and spark with zero reaction? T

I'm at a bit of a loss. You seem to have fuel and noted spark but said NO REACTION with both known. What is in the cards is possibly a flooding condition or plugs are just too soaked, weak, old to work well. I'd replace them with OE spec plugs just to know they are ok and not a part of the problem, T
