2004 Chevy Silverado 4x4 Sign In

This morning that thing just would not start, granted its cold here but we boosted it and charged it just to be sure and nothing. Replaced the starter relay fuse, and still nothing. Like it won't even try to to pretend to start. Every once in a while when trying to start it will click but that it is all. There is enough power to run all the instruments. My husband drove it home last night after fueling it up and was fine today not so much. We tried it in neutral and put it back in park thinking that maybe it wasn't engaged properly but that does not seem to be it either. Any advice?? I thought if a starter went it would at least make that grinding noise like it wants to start but can't.

You need to start out by having the battery tested.

Never mind instrument lights as they use very little power. Single click problems are frequently a battery cable connection problem,
