So my problem is i have an 84 chrysler daytona turbo and i live in vancouver bc. recently we got some really cold weather and i had the car running last sunday and it started just fine. I came home from work on monday night and it wouldn't start because it was so cold out so we left it until today and tried again still won't start we put a new battery in it new roter, spark plugs and distributer caps in and it still won't turn over. I really dont want to have to take in to the shop as it's really going to be expensive. It has a full tank of gas and full oil. Anyone know what could be wrong with it?

If it doesn't turn over and you replaced the battery, double check the cables to make sure they are clean and tight. If they are, you should take a test light and connect the clip to the negative battery cable. Touch the probe end to the starter solenoid terminal marked S. Have an assistant turn the key to crank. If the light comes on bright, replace the starter motor. If no light, post back so we can go further.
