What conditions are you testing this. You realize it only powers for 2 seconds when you turn the key on. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

I am testing this in uncontrolled conditions-outside in the drive. Of course I know it only comes on for 2 or 3 seconds. It does nothing. Continunity of fuses are good.

Here's your wiring diagram. Work from the relay and determine what is missing. You can jump out the relay to test the pump and Inertia switch. Jump pin 30 to 87. You should also see "key on" power at terminal 85. The computert activates the relay by applying ground to terminal 86.
