Sign In Dim headlights, brights work decent. Whenever A/C or Heater is on I hear a buzz noise for a couple seconds and my lights flicker than pick back up. Car has no problem starting, and the alternator and battery were checked with and without loads. Sign In was a proper AVR test done on it with a carbon pile to test the battery and full output of the alternator?. Sign In I don't know much about cars. But I took it an alternator specialist so I am sure a proper test was done.
