Furthermore, today its just started to go funny and idle bad when im almost stopped and my battery light comes on and off when it happens... You need to have the charging system tested but it has to be done while that light is on. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

Okay, is this what has suddenly caused my car to chug when it is idling? Is this a job for Auto elec or mechanic? Sorry for the questions, Thanks for the reply!

A dead battery can cause all kinds of issues and the battery light being on is an indication of the charging system not recharging the battery so you need to resolve that issue first and see.

My battery is still showing 'green' which means it has charge. These problems started happening ever since a friend of mine installed a car stereo and shortly after there was a smell behind the dashboard to which the interior lights went flickering to completely off. So it has to be something behind the dash board i just dont know what it could be? I have checked the fuses and there are no issues there so i am at a loss :(
