Car stalled and will not start. Sign In

I have a '94 Saturn SL2. I pulled out yesterday and it died on me. I know it's not electrical because the radio and lights work fine. The starter will turn over the engine but it will not fire up. What could be causing this. I don't know where to begin.

Another question...my brother said he was looking at it and noticed it was 2 quarts low on oil (keep in mind this is the girlfriend's car), so he put oil in it. It miraculously started. I don't believe this had anything to do with it not starting before. Am i right?

You don't need to post twice. I deleted the second one.

Being low on oil shouldn't make the engine not start. It was probably just a coincidence.
