Ford Taurus 2000 Station Wagon hesitates Sign In

My 2000 Taurus was parked for two years. It has 193+ miles on it. It runs good, but sometimes after I wait on stop light to turn green it hesitates to move. Gas and theft signs illuminates and after that it runs without problem. This is happening about three days.

Basics: If this car with that many miles just sat for TWO YEARS it should have fuel changed, oil changed, tune-up items, fuel filter, new battery no matter what, brakes checked among things before being put back in regular service. That's enough miles for almost anything to need attention also,

Thank you, Tom for your advice. I did all what you suggested except tune-up. I will do that soon.
