What do you mean it keeps blowing the main relay? Does the engine crank? Need more information. What have you checked and what was done besides the battery and main relay. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.

Fuel pumps won't do any good if the engine won't turn over. Does this blow the main when you try to crank it? If so try to put a breaker bar on your crank pulley and see if the motor will turn over by hand. If not the motor is locked up. If it turns, unhook and tape off the cables at the starter. You need them taed off so they don't touch anything and arc. Then try turning the key to the start position and see if the main still blows. If it does you have a short to ground in the starter control circuit. If not it is most likely a bad starter.

A lot of autoparts stores (like autozone) will test a starter for free if you remove it and bring it to them. -------------------------------------------------------- Your only as good as your tools!

Testing a starter off the car is worthless. It sounds like it's an issue with terminology here. "Turning over" means the starter is engaging and cranking the engine, whether it starts or not.. It sounds like it's actually turning over bu just not starting. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

It's more like 80% 20%, 80% he's saying the car wont crank and it keeps blowing a relay. 20% I'm not sure what he's saying lol. -------------------------------------------------------- Your only as good as your tools!
