Try to see what's missing when NOT starting - fuel or spark. If it will sputter with a shot of starting fluid then check fuel pressure, T

Ok: Now gotta get a good pressure reading when down. KOEO check. GMs can be very fussy about being exactly within range, T

This was listed for the TBI 4.3 below. I'd be interested in "key on engine off" as well as it might not run. Look for fuel rail and a cap (perhaps a blueish/aqua) and a larger than a tire valve fitting for a fuel gauge. Not sure of thread size but they may rent a gauge for this at some parts outlets..... T ***************************** Fuel System Pressure For your 1993 Chevrolet Truck Astro Van 2WD 4.3L TBI : 9-13 PSI(Pounds per Square Inch) Note: Position the ignition switch and the A/C system in the off position. Install a fuel pressure gauge to the vehicles fuel rail supply line. Place the ignition switch in the on position, confirm that no leaks are present, and start the engine. Visually verify the fuel pressure reading on the gauge.
