my 1999 dodge ram 2500 with the v10 just started to kick the brake and abs lights on, and the speedometer jumps up and down mostly stays at 0

More than likely, output speed sensor problem. Some of the Dodges' have two. One in the trans and one in the differential. Usually, the one in the trans.

+1 also search to see if you can count the abs flashes to see if you can isolate which wheel sensor it is. But i believe the solid rear axles have the speed sensor in the differential like Loren said
