car stalls when stopping

I have an automatic 2000 Dodge Neon (4 cyl, 155 K miles) that stalls randomly and won't crank for another 10-15 minutes. I have found that if I turn off the radio and air as well as throw it into neutral and keep the rpms up any time I stop it won't stall. Also, there is a light in the dash that flashes when I crank it for about 30 sec that reads "fuse" but 2 diff mechanics have said all the fuses are good. How can I remedy the prob so that I can drive around with the radio on and not roast in the Florida heat and not fear being stranded with my kids out in who knows where?

Does your car have a tachometer? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

Your car doesn't have a light labeled fuse. It has to be something else. Here are all the labels ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

no it flashes the digital word "fuse" down where the digital odometer is located. right where it lights up "door" when the door is open.

Maybe someone else will be familiar with that. There is no warning light labeled that way. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

but what would you suggest might be causing it to stall out. I don't really think the warning light has anything to do with that. I think the fuse flashing when just cranked is because the computer needs to be reset from some previous work done by the previous owner. I just bought the car AS IS and got screwed! Laying that issue asside what would cause the stalling? fuel pump, sensor, ?

No, we need to know what that light is as it likely is related.
