unknown part on 1971 Chevy Nova

The Chevy is a 3 speed manual transmission. I don't know what the name of this part is, but need a replacement for it. It is in the shifting column and the shifter arm connects to it. Any names or suggestions of where I can locate this part? The picture is in the url attachment below.
