OK - this being really an accident means you need to take a serious look at what might be bent or broken. Have to suggest you let a shop for a few bucks take a look. If you hit a rock or something hard underneath you need to know fast that it's safe to use and can't guess well without a real look. If this car shows any sign of not steering or braking properly don't drive it till you can figure out what damage occurred, T

Yes to those possibilities but YOU have to look and see if something is out of order now visually then perhaps have a helper with car supported by lower control arm just nudge it down and isolate it if you can. If you see fluid coming out of strut it's going to lose its shock action. I just can't say what happened or what would be common as it's not normal wear and tear it's from going off the road, T

Hold that camera steady sport. If lubing that stopped or changed the noise I would bet that you've found it. Make sure sway bar and other parts aren't bent and match other side as best you can. If anything is bent or crooked in any way you may need more but IMO that would be a weaker part than most. I just can't know how hard it was impacted by what? Can only look back one post for now but off road with snow you don't know what might be in the snow of course. Duh - snow is not all alike either. Already plowed snow as you should know if you drive in it turns to igloo ice chunks and that would be more impact than fresh of any type, T
