No, no, no. .................. The heater hoses going into the firewall. The AC compressor has nothing to do with the heater. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

OK, so it looks like its not the blend door ( even though thats what the diagnostic ( computer) says, because the when the A/C is not blowing cold anymore and I open the hood . The Compressor stopped! Since I have the feeling that the A/C always stops working after a 20 at least 20 min ride when the motor is hot .. is it possible that the wireing or maybe a plug, hook up is broken ??

If compressor stops that ends cool air. You need pressures when it is engaged. If it's noisy it's probably junk but won't end with just that. If pressures are way off it will shut down, T

You were advised to leave this car alone. You are only making matters a lot worse.

@Tom Greenleaf As absurde as @Hammer Time 's post seams ... I might follow his advise after I take the car to a shop who doesn't charge me for the diagnoses . If they can't identify the real problem . I leaf it alone... I'm happy with my car but kind of over it.. ... there are to may issues coming up . Will have to get a new car by the end of the year of beginning of next anyway.

mactube: I didn't fully re-read whole thread now long. This has been close to a year now and still fighting with this?! If you only seek FREE everything you will have a hard time. FYI if you didn't already know ALL regulars volunteer their time sharing their experience and training over many years - 100s perhaps combined. If you don't care for suggestions by any particular regular (usually a moderator) then you are free to go to the whole rest of the web, nobody is forcing you to be here. If you are getting a new car soon then why bother too much for just A/C now? I'm in MA and season will just end in a flash sometime soon. Others it could be anytime of year, T
