1991 Mitsubishi Mighty Max V6 4x4 pu- 200,000 miles- Driving at freeway speed and a complete stall. No grinding, crunching or metal breaking noise heard. I beleive the timing belt went. Will this yr vehicle have had valve damage even tho none was heard? Leo

Luckily, you have the only Mitsubishi engine that is not an interference engine ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
