It has a maximum power of 120 KW (162 bhp @ 6000 rpm) and 144 lb/ft torque. The transmission is a close ratio 5 speed RWD.
All in all, the Type D Hybrid is a car the Connaught Company can rightly be proud of. Granted, it has not gone all the way to ‘no emissions’ but it really does straddle the worlds between gasoline pollution and electric environment-friendly with ease.
