!996 Saturn SL1 Flooding out

My 1996 Saturn SL1 floods out when I shut it off I put a new pressure regulator on did not help??????
Please help!!!

Put a fuel pressure gauge on it and see if it holds rest pressure.

Those are pretty easy to unbolt the fuel rail and look to see if you have an injector leaking with pressure in the rail.

I found the problem it was the cooling temp sensor
