The 2 springs hold the parking brakes together to keep them off the drum.(1 on each side)
The 4 clips with the pins in them are to hold the shoes to the backing plate.(2 on each side)
The other oieces are the self adjusters. The star wheel will screw in the threaded rod and the rod and star wheel assembly will slide together.(1 on each side)
When you disassemble the parking brakes, look closely and you will see where they go.

I'm writing this as added info for peoples later search on the subject.
Ok after a visual of the existing parking brake(the other one snapped off and was flopping around)
I now know what each piece is for and where it go. First are the spring there are 2 different springs the heavier one goes on the top of the pads the lighter one on the bottom the pins and clips hold the pads to the backing plate where the pin comes through the plate out the hole in the pad and the clip is inserted over the pin and then turned 90 degrees the star shaped nut, threaded rod and coupling fit into the slots on the bottom of the pads and you spread the pads By turning the star nut so that the pads spread.
We can conclude this thread and I'd like to thank those of you that help me
