Took the vehicle to the Lincoln dealer for the booster recall. They informed me that the HCU or master cylinder had internal leak through. So I brought the vehicle back to my shop and replaced the HCU and master cylinder but can get all the air out (weak brakes) when the vehicle is running. Took to the ford dealer and had them bleed it. The brakes are still soft. Called Lincoln help and opened a case on the dealer for bleeding the brakes.
