"We have been hard at work shaking things up for the Rally. The convention center transforms into the Sugar Shack during the rally beginning May 15 through the 19th. The Shack is just a mile or so from Broadway at the Beach. After 66 years of bringing the rally to life, the founders, Carolina Harley-Davidson Dealers Association (CHDDA), plan big changes in 2007 including adding a custom car show to the mix.
