I have a 1999 Dodge Stratus 2.4L. When i turn the ignition it will not start. The only thing comes on is the mileage, windows, door lock and fan. The radio, wiper, ac and defrost will not come on. I replace the battery with a new one and it still does not work. Help me please!!!!!

does the engine crank over and not start or are you just hearing a clicking noise? GM ASEP 26 SCC Milford ASE certified in Brakes and Electrical on Thursday April 5th 2012

Hello. I just read about the problem that you were having and my daughter is going through the same. She has a newer model and the battery is located behind the driver side tire. I haven't checked the connections yet but have tried other things that have not worked. Were you able to resolve your problem of your Stratus not starting by simply checking your battery cables? We already tried to charge and jump-start the car. Also tried replacing the ignition switch to no avail. If you can help, I would so appreciate it. Thanks a million! Dorrie
